为什么没有答复

问题没有得到解决
大家好  我的紫光出问体了  不能组词 我上次问过了 版主说需要删除c:\ Documents and Settings \All Users\Application Data\unispim6 文件夹和 :\ Documents and Settings \你的用户名\Application Data \unispim6 文件夹。我删除了 还是不管用  不知怎么回事 还是急需你们的帮助 麻烦尽快得到回答     一个喜爱中文紫光的老用户
